We had some good friends over for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner. There was no green beer, but we did have plenty of Irish-themed menu items and more than enough Guinness.
Sausage rolls (with homemade Irish sausage)
Coffee and chili-rubbed steak bites with Guinness-molasses pan sauce
Irish-whisky-glazed salmon
Corned beef
Green salad with smoked blue cheese and marcona almonds
Veg
Apple tart with salted caramel glaze
Chocolate-stout bundt cake
